It takes 1 pint of milk to make every 1 litre tub of HB Hazelbrook Farm ice cream. Many other ice creams are not even made with fresh milk, the main ingredient is reconstituted skimmed milk powder - I know we certainly prefer fresh milk.


We have over 1,000 cows working for us on the Hazelbrook Farm in Co Cavan, you now know 5 of them! Every year we use 12 million glasses of milk.


HB Hazelbrook farm is surprisingly lower in fat than you may think, a serving (100ml) contains less than 5g fat.
